POLICIES

ARRIVAL
Please aim to arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you are coming in for lashes or makeup services, please come with clean/makeup free face. Extra time spent cleaning makeup off your face/lashes will mean less time available to complete the service. 
 

 

GUESTS/CHILDREN
Due to the size of the work place we ask that you please refrain from bringing additional guests (especially small children) with you to your scheduled appointment as the space is only truly comfortable for two. Some of services provided, like lash extensions range anywhere from 1-4 hours and guests can get a bit uncomfortable (understandably so) and tend to rush the process. We cannot work comfortably if there are guest’s present and you will not be fully relaxed if your guest becomes impatient. If you must bring a guest, please be advised that seating is limited and your guest may be asked to wait in the designated waiting area outside of the service room. If your guest is being disruptive, they will be asked to leave.
 

 

CHANGING YOUR APPOINTMENT
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule/cancel a booked appointment without penalty. If an appointment is rescheduled within 24 hours of your scheduled time, you will be charged 50% of your service to card on file. If changes are made to a scheduled appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled time, you will be charged 50% of your service. (EXAMPLE: If you need to change your refill to a removal, you must make this change 24+ hours before your scheduled appointment. no exceptions).

CANCELLATION + NO SHOW
As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent out 72 and 24 hours either by text, email or both. If an appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your service as a cancellation fee to the card on file. If an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 100% of your service as a cancellation fee to the card on file. A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking for all NEW clients. This is to protect your time that is set aside especially for you, as well as to protect our time which books up quickly. In turn, we promise to keep appointments on time, give you our full and undivided attention and of course, the best lash work Orlando has to offer!
 

 

SICKNESS OR FAMILY EMERGENCY
If you, or another person in your household, has an infectious or contagious illness, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. For your safety and that of ours and other clients, please do not come to your appointments sick. If it is assumed you are currently sick, your appointment may be cut short or cancelled and rescheduled for when you are healthy again. A one-time allowance of last-minute cancellation or reschedule will be permitted for sickness or family emergency. After that, the cancellation and no-show policy will be in effect.
 

 

LATENESS
You are responsible for arriving to your scheduled appointment ON TIME. If you arrive after your scheduled time, it may or may not be possible to complete the service as we cannot extend the time available for your booked service without inconveniencing the next scheduled appointment behind you. However, you will still be responsible for paying the full price for the time you have scheduled as lateness is treated as a last-minute cancellation. *When booking your appointment be sure to take traffic, weather, and other unforeseen circumstances into consideration.

AFTER HOURS APPOINTMENTS
Certain circumstances and seasons may leave you in a panic to squeeze in a last-minute lash appointment that is outside of our normal business hours. After hours appointments may be available on a case by case basis for an additional $25 per hour fee. Please contact us directly to schedule your after hours appointment.
 

 

 

REFUND
All services are non-refundable. You are paying for my time, products, and other expenses used to provide you with a service that cannot be returned to me. However, if you are unhappy with a service, we want to make it right! Please contact us within 72 hours of your appointment to address your concerns and if a fix can be made, we will do so, with a complimentary touch up, if it is at the fault of application or product. Any concerns addressed after 72 hours of your last appointment, or if you failed to follow the proper aftercare instructions provided, you will be charged at full price of the service.

*In the event of an allergic reaction to lash extensions, a refund is not issued but we will be more than happy to remove them FREE of charge.

LASH EXTENSIONS - TOUCH UPS

Refills/Touch Ups must be scheduled within 21 days (2-3 weeks) of your latest appointment and you must have at least 50% of eyelash extensions on each eye. If you do not come in within 31 days

(4 weeks) and with at least 30% of eyelash extensions on each eye, it will be considered a full set and you will be charged accordingly. Please be advised to schedule your refills/touch ups in advance to avoid schedule issues and delayed appointments as availability is limited and gets booked quickly.
